You have chosen to make Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding.

Nice choice.

Cube up remaining cinnamon rolls.

Whisk together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of whole milk per two cups of cubes.  Add a teeny pinch of salt. Butter a dish that will accomodate your cubes.

Place cubes in dish.

Pour egg mixture over cubes.  Press down. Soak for 15 minutes.  Bake at 400 until almost completely set, just a bit jiggly in the center.  Cooking time depends on the size of your pan.  Check it at 20 minutes.

Cut yourself a slice.  Or just dive in with a fork.  You’re among friends here. Also, you’ve earned it.
